The Hunger Fighters Volunteers (HFV) Programme is a flagship volunteer engagement initiative of Hunger Fighters Uganda (HFU), designed to mobilise passionate individuals to contribute their time, skills, knowledge, and energy towards building resilient, self-reliant, and food-secure communities.
Since its inception in 2008, the HFV Programme has provided a platform for young professionals, students, community leaders, researchers, and development practitioners to participate meaningfully in humanitarian action, sustainable development, refugee response, livelihoods promotion, environmental conservation, and community empowerment.
